This is a question we sometimes get asked and is relevant to the Seated Title and Lord of the Manor services we offer. The answer is “No” because it is simply too small. It is just 20cm x 20cm (approximately 8 inches x 8inches) and hardly big enough to stand on! I can understand why you ask though – Dartmouth is a truly delightful town right on the River Dart near the mouth of the estuary.
